Pros
Great atmosphere and attitude among employees. If you put in work people generally help each other. Management does the best they can with what they have.
Cons
Workload is absurd, getting paid more now for doing a fraction of the work. Morale needs improvement and high performers need to be rewarded. Sales people were regular screw ups yet nobody could criticize them since they brought in business
