Pros
- Company is focusing now on culture, we'll see soon if they know what that means - the attendance to the last company event was really poor. - Recruiting seems to be bringing in new people - time will tell the caliber and longevity of these fresh college recruits.
Cons
- Lochbridge needs a strategy to retain people without threatening employees, especially ones with visa concerns - makes employees across the board question where the real leadership is. - Only select VP-levels and select Senior Directors are still here. I suspect they have negotiated some bonus deal to keep those people there. - VPs will reach out directly to you to push you to stay and will lie through their teeth to you - where is the proper chain of command or respect for people? - Management is ruining client relationships - no new projects, accounts diminishing, reputation is tanking. Projects are being undersold to try and score anchor clients, but then those projects are being cannibalized by other body shops. - Haven't received raises in the past couple years, and company has basically confirmed no raises for next couple years. - What's the point of staying? Employees do not feel thanks and appreciation for consistently going above and beyond. India team has to stay up late to listen to webcasts in the US where employees ask about bonuses that India employees are not eligible for - despite doing the same work and leadership's stance that "we don't treat people differently" - Check Ripoff Report on Romil Bahl - The same thing is happening here - pay scale changing, threats, none of our other CEO's have any rap sheet. - Energy is spent in all the wrong places, threatening employees who are on the brink of leaving, instead of pursuing projects and repairing relationships, and expectation is for people to run themselves ragged without any recognition.
