Pros
The company offers a great work-life balance and provides the necessary tools to further education and earn certifications, including Microsoft and Fortinet. Team collaboration is strong, and there is a clear adaptability to new technology. Achievements are acknowledged, and company outings are well organized and enjoyable.
Cons
While providing onsite support for clients is valuable, there are occasions where travel to three or four different locations in a day is required due to client needs and technician availability. Working from home is not a standard option, though the company does offer flexibility for occasional remote days when needed. Salary compensation could be improved, as I had hoped for a stronger increase after earning my degree and bringing additional experience to the role.
