Pros
I have never felt more valued as an employee; both immediate as well as senior management genuinely care about each employee (surprising given the growth and amount of people working here). The culture is excellent and the amount of outside bonding opportunities is perfect for creating great relationships and friendships that I'm sure will stay strong beyond the work place. The benefits offered are numerous and nearly unmatched - paid maternity and paternity leave offered. 401K plans are incredible from your first day and counseling is available if you need help planning/understanding. Recognition for good work and wins is often and consistent. Micro-management is rare so it is an ideal environment if you are successful without a ton of supervision.
Cons
Career advancement opportunities - available in some departments but overall, movement is difficult if you do not start at the bottom of that department despite your education and/or experience. Type-A personalities are the norm and as a result, you sometimes may feel as though you are competing with those around you or other departments instead of as a team.
