Pros
Many of the people are incredibly kind and helpful You'll learn to work very quickly and efficiently out of necessity.
Cons
Way too much work - They overload hourly employees with work, rarely approving overtime, and assigning them additional clients despite their protests. Salaried employees work 14+ hour days for weeks on end. Uneven expectations: Employees with the same titles have varied workloads and expectations. If you're good and fast, they will exploit you until you're completely drained. Little room for promotion: In the last few years they have hired a large number of higher-level employees and very few lower-level employees, leaving very little room for promotion from within. They do not handle issues between employees well. There are a number of older male producers that are renowned for sexist and condescending behavior, yet no one does anything. Mental health is ignored
