I have great workers! Also, I've been able to work on a few different projects in different departments (R&D, manufacturing, and clinical) and have been given a lot of responsibility. My work seems to be appreciated and I've been regularly promoted. Finally, our drug seems to be doing really well in the clinic, and TBH, killing bacteria with engineered viruses is probably the most exciting thing I could be doing.

Everything about Locus is a con you are expected to work to 7 8 pm daily and get scolded if you have to leave for a child's function or to have any sort of life outside of Locus. Treat this as a paycheck and a stepping stone to move on to better pharma jobs because id be really shocked if Locus still exists in the next 3 to 5 years.
