      Pros

      Our hotel has great people, a beautiful location and fun customers.

      Cons

      The company has changed drastically since the new CEO took over. The current corporate team is ruining the culture and team morale. I used to love waiting on the old CEO because he was so kind. The corporate team now is feared and hated. Overall, because of them, it is not a place I feel proud to work for anymore.

      Management is easy to talk to. When you’re having personal issues they give you time off.

      Cons

      There’s not a lot of advancement for cooks once you reach a certain level.
