The staff here is so friendly and welcoming. I have also been able to learn so much about our eyes and how they work!

I have only been here for a few weeks, but in that amount of time I haven't found any cons of working here.

This company is unlike any other! When I joined this business, I immediately felt welcomed and valued. I was given all the resources and connections I needed to be able to succeed at my job. There are so many people here who want to help you succeed - it always feels like a team effort. Dr. Monson cares about each of his employees success and gives an abundance of opportunities for learning and growth. He is also extremely personable with patients and ensures that they feel confident with the vision care they receive. He is consistently ranked in the top 1% in patient satisfaction surveys because he is so good at what he does! Working here challenges you, inspires you, and creates a lot of happiness in your life.
