bad pay which is non competitive compared to other plumbing companies in the field,plumbers here are looked at as less than by managers due to logans being a mostly HVAC oriented company so nothing is rewarded or recognized.They will hire new plumbers and pay them more than guys working there currently and offer no raise to accommodate this.
