1. Believe me when I say this that there are no pros in this company whatsoever, you will be better off working as a shopkeeper rather than work for this company. 2. Also, their management has opened multiple other companies with different names like Mediant Cable, Mediant Broadband, Mediant Energy, Mediant Systems, and they will lure you into their company through any of these companies by providing you different kind of assurances but believe me they are all lies. 3. Their management tries to manage the core technical projects even though they don't know what is the full form of SDLC. 4. They keep one developer for multiple projects and overload him with work on weekends, at nights or at any time. It doesn't matter if you are ill, on leave or whatever, you have to continue your work as all work here is always on high priority and if you don't continue the work then company will shut down because you are the only developer on multiple projects. 5. Salaries are delayed here by one month and you will feel like you are elon musk because you are working soo much but still you pockets are empty and you have to borrow money from your friends to pay your bills. 6. They keep one developer for multiple projects because of that when you resign from the company there is no one to take handover of your work and projects, and they will pressurize you to not relieve you until someone gets hired and you provide all the KT to them and nobody gets hired till your notice period ends because nobody wants to work here because of the worst management and because of that they will try to extend your notice period and keep grinding you at work on your notice period too. 7. You can't take leaves here for your personal life sometimes as their work are always priority work and world will crash if you are not available. 8. After you resign from the office they won't clear your Full and Final Amount on time. It might take years for you to get your Full and Final Amount. 9. They will assign you work which are not essential for your growth or learning or which is not your Job Responsibility. 10. You will not get appraisals if you are not important for their work at that point of time.
