Pros

Great place to work is you believe Jesus wrote the US Constitution.

Cons

Owner believes employees are his property. One must beg for a raise. And then usually denied. Christmas vacations cancelled at last minute. Holidays are posted the day before, if at all. Your email is read by 2 to 3 managers. You must use your scan card to use the bathroom, time is tracked.

Pros

When I had to unexpectedly leave work for emergency at home, my manager was understanding and worked with me. It’s a two-way street, there are times when they need me to work some overtime to meet deadlines, and times when I need to miss some work for personal reasons, we work with each other. There is also growth for opportunities, the company is growing and they do keep up with latest technology.

Cons

If you don’t like working in a fast paced environment, this is not the company for you. It depends upon what works for you, very structured with many processes, or something in between where processes do not get in the way of accomplishing goals.

Pros

There are some really nice people there. Really cool guys... but just one or 3.

Cons

I didn't wanted to believe the reviews about this company posted in this website. These negative reviews are 100 % accurate. Working for that company feels like being a Sales Associate with a Supervisor breathing on your back. Employees look scared overall. Company's hours are extremely inflexible. From a technical perspective there is so much MEDIOCRITY in that company, that if you step in they will demand from you to fix what they haven't design or implemented properly. It feels like a cemetery for a professional career. IMPORTANT!!!... There are no young people there. Most of the employees are in the retiring age. That corroborates my theory why they are unable to bring an implement new technology. Their meetings are called DevOps Meeting and don't have a single idea of what a DevOps pratice is, plus there's no DevOps there. It's ridiculous! I guess more professionals will fall in the trap. Also, don't misinterpret the fact that because some of the employees have spent their life with the company or more than 10 years mean that is a "good and stable" company. Many incompetent people stay in a company because they don't push themselves or trust themselves enough to go for the extra mile. Last but not least, if you ever consider this company because of a fair salary compensation you might regret it shortly as I did.
