Pros

1. Collaborative work environment 2. Scope to learn a lot 3. Support from Team and Management 4. Higher visibility for your hard work 5. Encouragement for thoughts and innovations 6. Good hikes according to your contributions and achievements. 7. Scope to improve Leadership skills in all the aspects. 8.Flexibility to Work from home even for freshers. 9. Friendly yet responsible management.

Cons

1. Less start up salaries which will be incremented drastically with good performance. 2. Pressure will be there for guys who just restrict themselves for few things in their job and not much interested to learn new things. 3. More responsibilities will be on your shoulders from the fresher state itself. If you don't want to take up this as an oppertunity to grow fast in the industry, you will be in trouble. 4. LogicMatter don't believe in Technical managers. It may be a problem. But at the end, you will be more self organized, innovative and a leader.

We have an environment charged with learning and a do it yourself approach with no spoon feeding; making our team a strong one and the reason why our employees get excellent placements after their stint with LogicMatter.
