Pros
The BEST work environment I have ever seen and I am very lucky to be apart of it. The work that we do for small businesses and all over the world is something special. We truly care about people's business and making sure we do right by them and we are not here just to take anyone's money. The PEOPLE we work with is what makes LP so special. Everyone is collaborative and helpful. Rarely does anyone say no when asking for help. I love the work hard play hard mentality we carry that ensures there is always time for fun after work.
Cons
We have become a little slower at adapting & implementing change due to the company growth. This is something that naturally occurs with more people involved in the process. Keep focusing on being nimble as this is what has help LP get to where they are.
