Pros

They are good to us in some areas. The company does care about the employees to an EXTENT and provides us with rewards and great benefits.

Cons

Coming into this position they make it seem like it's a lot easier than the job actually is. You're constantly stressed out under the idea you have to hit certain metrics or you're put on a performance improvement plan where your managers breathe down your neck and stress you out more than before. The ones who are successful are praised and you're kind of left there to feel like dirt. While the company does organize events to try and "keep us happy", they only focus on things that cater to one type of person. If you don't fit that personality type you basically struggle to socialize with any of your coworkers. It makes sense why the turn over rate is insanely high. 50% of the new hires always quit. If you're successful, you skate by and they literally couldn't care less what you do so long as you make sales. If you aren't immediately successful, you're a nuisance and managers "try" to help you but just say the same thing over and over again and don't understand why it isn't working. There is so much chance in this job too. You have to reach the right person at the right time on the right day, and it's a real gamble as to whether or not a prospect will actually be interested, or if they will scream at you and hang up. It's soul sucking so if you're into guess what it's all you do all day. Managers also get easily frustrated with you even if you're new. I've seen newbies get yelled at because a manager "snapped" over a simple mistake and then, once again, repeat the same advice as before. They will argue with you and not listen to your justification at all. Your voice literally doesn't matter despite how much they says it does. This company boasts about being ethical but as you stay here longer you start to see more and more red flags. If you don't treat this job like it's your life's calling, you won't ever be "successful" to them.

Pros

Great team of people on every level, from the training to the teams we are on when we get started- everyone is so supportive and they really make the workday more fun. The training and the amount of resources available really do lay a foundation for success in this role that's hard to beat.

Cons

It's hard to say that there are really any "cons" because this job is entirely what you make of it.
