Good place to work - Software Support Specialist Logicom Computer Services Employee Review

The first day I started at Logicom, I was taken aback at how friendly and welcoming everyone was, and that was only the beginning. Throughout my time here I have grown into a more confident person, supported by my managers and have grown into a role that I love doing. I believe everyone has an equal chance to grow in this company, regardless of age and experience, and just depends on people's attitudes towards wanting to learn and grow. I really enjoy the flexibility of hybrid working that is available here, and during the pandemic we have had ultimate support from the company, I have never felt more secure in a job and feel incredibly lucky to be in the position I am in. The job is rewarding in itself, by meeting people from all across the country that you wouldn't normally meet, to having incredible amounts of support from management and always being able to approach them if there are any concerns. Both the MD and the Owner are lovely people and do not deserve the comments made about them in some of these reviews. I really enjoy working here and have always valued the opportunities that I've been given and will continue to enjoy for hopefully many years to come!

It can be a fast paced environment, and it can get stressful at times depending on the role you are in, however whenever I have had problems, I communicate these with my manager and it is resolved. Building is a bit outdated, but it is being addressed and plans are in place to sort, and these works have been ongoing prior to the pandemic.

Work from home. Nice place to work, the people are friendly, welcoming and always happy to help.

Less modelling and more spreadsheets. Apply for this for experience but if you don't want to be stuck doing spreadsheets all day apply somewhere else.
