Thank you for the review. We understand that there are some issues being a growing startup. To avoid such issues, we regularly interact with all team members to find out their struggles and address their issues. We're trying to build a culture where everyone stays happy. We promote flexible work timing, work from home, flexible leave policy, And a flat team hierarchy where nobody acts as a "Boss". Strictly, we don't follow a culture where managers rule others. We just want to make our team members happy, nothing else. At each division, be it product management or engineering, we're giving an opportunity to everyone in the team to learn and improve every day. Because we need everyone in the team to be able to grow their career by learning the latest things in their industry. It's very unfortunate that you didn't raise these issues to someone in the team.
