Test Automation Framework is Good here, We Can implement many things here and using our own brain we xan do things and contribute in the test scripts.
Cons
Firing happened in USA, My colleagues in USA lost their Job. we were working on a product for 2.5 year,it was still not on production so they put hold on that project be because it was not generating cash and they moved people to bug verification team. The Strategy Changes here frequently, Some of the Managers are Very Good, But Some do the politics.
