      Variety of clients with the MSP WFH

      Dated technologies, micromanaging bosses, unorganized documentation, people can do whatever they want and just get slapped on the wrist because they can't risk punishing someone and losing them, a good stepping stone

      Pros

      Stable. If you are a good worker they will keep you around. They dont lay off people often. You have opportunities to be exposed to a lot of technologies. If you are good at problem solving they will give you more responsibility but not more pay. This can help you when you decide to move on.

      Cons

      Pay is low. Lots of turnover when I was there. Good employees get experience then leave.
