Pros

Great products, selling quite a bit, good stock price growth.

Cons

Hiring people and suppliers based off of race and sexual orientation not skill. Google up Logi Pattie Gonia interview. It's ridiculous. We are more concerned with being woke than we are with making great products. I have directly heard management is favoring to fill spots specifically with women or people of color under the guise of diversity. Diversity is great. Let's hire people that are good at their job, regardless of external circumstance.

Logitech Response

Thank you for sharing your opinion on working at Logitech. We strongly believe that Logitech should be representative of the world at large and we also believe that our products will be superior over time if they are the output of diverse people, working in a collaborative and inclusive culture, who are able to bring unique insights into what our consumers want from their Logitech experience. We don’t see this as a trade-off between performance and diversity. We really see them as complementary. In line with this, we consistently strive to have a diverse candidate slate when hiring into Logitech. We will always hire the best candidate for the role, and we recognize that there are multiple biases, conscious but often unconscious, that come into play within candidate attraction, application and selection which disadvantage candidates from under-represented groups. As such, we are passionate about making sure we get a broad slate of qualified candidates every time. Kirsty Russell - People and Culture

Pros

Large organization with diverse team

Cons

It is common to see employees who have been with the company for at least two decades mess up almost all the projects they handle, then come up with excuses, desperately wants attention ,good at speak ill of others, and expect to get paid for doing little or nothing while pointing fingers at others, who are expected to take on even more work. As a result, other employees often have to clean up the mess, increasing their workload, and this has become normalized. Especially the Asia office
