Pros
LogoNation was a great place to work. They allow a relaxed dress code, have office functions at least once a month and from time to time have team building outings. All of those aspects make for a fun environment to spend your weekdays. LogoNation offers paid holidays off, accrued time off and a 401k plan. The individual workload was always steady and business was never at a lull. The job itself was enjoyable and tasks varied depending on it being the beginning or end of the month. If monthly goals are met, you have the opportunity for bonuses. Usually the bonuses are easy to meet, unless it's a month with holidays or you have customers that aren't responding to you in a timely manner. This job does require direct customer contact via phone calls. Most of them are pleasant, but you never know what you will get. I gained a lot of experience while working at LogoNation and was able work with a great group of people.
Cons
The starting pay was on the lower end, however, you have opportunities to reach bonuses if your monthly individual and/or team goals are met. Most customer issues/questions are dealt with through the offsite salesperson first. Some of them are not the timeliest in responding, leaving you with gaps until you are able to speak with them. Lastly, there is no health insurance plan offered for those in the main office, but the salespeople do get a monthly allowance.
