Working at Loko AI was a really great experience for me. The CEO, Joseph, is incredibly hands-on and genuinely enthuasiastic and involved with the work. I had the chance to collaborate with him directly, and he brought a lot of clarity, support, and positive energy to the project. You can tell he cares about what the team is building, and he was honestly a joy to work with. Our communication was quick and natural, so meeting targets was never an issue.

The pace is fast and Joseph is balancing a lot at once, so sometimes admin tasks needed a reminder. It was never a real problem for me, just something that came with how quickly the company was growing.
