We recognise that over the past year the business has been through a significant period of growth and change, and at times this has resulted in gaps in structure, onboarding and consistency. This is something we have been actively addressing as we move into the next phase of the company.
Building a strong and well-supported team is a priority for us. We are currently putting more formal processes, clearer role definitions and improved operational systems in place to create a more stable and structured working environment.
We aim to foster a culture built on direct communication, accountability and respect. Where this has not been consistently experienced, it is something we take seriously and continue to improve.
Lone Design Club is an ambitious and fast-moving business, and while that environment can be demanding, we are focused on ensuring it is also a positive and sustainable place to work as we grow.
