1. They don’t have system that allow its employees job to be easy. 2. You’re constantly harassed by management 3. The owner has no idea what goes on behind his back. 4.HR is nothing but a high class mean girl and does not do her job. Quite frankly nobody knows what her job is. 4. Untrain managers trying enforce policies that they themselfs have no idea about. 5. It’s a very hostile environment to work in.
