great team work. break from an acute care hospital. small company, which means health benefits aren't that great the but if you like small companies it's nice... smart doctors, get to see awesome changes in patients, doctor never minds being contacted, set schedules
Cons
nurses do a lot of the admission process, psychiatrist can be moody, pt's are medically stable (just mentally unstable) so you don't use hands-on nursing skills, just pass meds ets
