Cons
I'm in a position and project that allows telework. However, my managers on this project are against it. Management is not interested in employees' career development. The company has horrible medical insurance. Management has thrown me under the bus to the client for doing my job. The project I'm on should have a staff of 500, yet only 450 positions are filled. The attrition rate is extremely high, competent people are leaving the company in droves.
