Pros
When they first bring you in, you think the place is awesome. An opportunity to make money quickly at a young age, they have TV’s on in the office, and when you first start the people are nice.
Cons
You get to realize that this place is probably one of the worst places in Lexington to work for. They don’t care about your time, they don’t care about your effort, they don’t care about anything except making them money. They will give you 10 months, and if you aren’t bringing in money or have “pulled your plug” AKA making back the terrible 40,000 salary they give you, they terminate you and find the next one. The general managers are terrible, belittling you and making you feel like you are dumb. YELLING at the top of their lungs in a corporate environment because people aren’t TALKING loud enough on the phones. The way they teach you to treat the carriers and customers YOU work with is disgusting. If you are a college student freshly out of college, don’t even bother working for them, as any other opportunity would be better and save your mind from going crazy every weekend because your afraid a GSM is going to belittle you for not working all day Saturday and Sunday. Benefits are awful, and when you’re training, the guy you’re training under will throw all of his work onto you, if you don’t do it right, it will come right back onto you too. THIS PLACE IS AWFUL!!!!
