It's a very weird law firm like no other in Australia. Chinese lawyers and staff are very weird and anti social. 99% of clients don't speak English. Everyone is speaking Chinese with each other all the times. it's a Chinese law firm but in Australia. Colleagues don't even approach and interact. This can be called the squid game firm. They have big problem retaining employees. They either sack them or they leave. one in one out so regularly. The boss thinks he is managing a prison. He walks around and in and out lawyers offices. Lawyers are not allowed to close the door of their office, boss rocks in anytime he wants as if he is a cop with a search warrant. You will be very uncomfortable here. Don't work here no matter what they pay you. Don't lose your current job for this. they claim they are changing into a multicultural firm but nope it still same old Chinese mentality dominating here. It's bad never seen something like this.
