Unfortunately the CEO is not suitable for her role. She is not open to new ideas and has fired FOUR Directors that she personally hired. This is not a company where there is any room for growth, personal or professional.

The product and the industry are attractive

3 leadership positions were filled and laid off within 3 months. As one of them, I can tell you that it was a very unpleasant experience, that cost me self-confidence, time and money. At first, I took it personally. Seeing it happen again and again helped me realize that the problem was probably not coming from me. I can't explain WHY this keeps happening, but my advice for any newcomer would be: stay away.
