      Very good onboarding, nice and professional interviews, transparent information, quick in replying, digital solutions Very warm and interesting welcome on first day. A lot of possibilities to get to know other colleagues.

      Cons

      Fast growing company with a lot of new colleagues joining Loop in combination with working in a big but very nice coworking space makes it sometimes difficult to see who is a potential colleague and who isn't.

      It is a fast-paced work environment! We truly do work hard but also do play hard(all cheesiness and jokes aside).

      - Majority of the company is in Europe so the work/life balance is tough for Americans (I needed to log on at 6am 2-3 days/ week to keep up)
