Pros

None I can think of

Cons

I want to start this off by saying it has taken me a bit to write this. I wanted to be able to step back and rationally evaluate the company. I figured that like most things in life, the further removed you were from a situation, the less strongly you would end up feeling about it. Loretto Hospital is the rare exception where I feel now as I did when I was working for them: get out before you're trapped in a soul sucking company with no actual room for growth or future to be excited about. Lets start here. The main thing about Loretto is that almost every succesful person there realizes its dead end nature. And the sadder part is that the other people who stay know this as well but they're too scared to "take a risk" and give up the bloated base salaries. It is a smart way to keep your decently successuful employees. My next point is that leadership at Loretto Hospital (the CEO) loves to let the outside world know how great they are. Have you seen the news? Loretto has a history of hiding things under the rug to save the administration. The CEO loves to say Loretto is like a family. This makes you scratch your head when you see how they treat people with actual families. The managers will be the first to gaslight you and and no one take any responsibility for anything they do. Long story short, Loretto looks decent on paper at first glance. If there's anything I want people to get out of reading this, its that life's too short to be complacent. Go somewhere where you don't have to settle for a large base and nothing else. Go somewhere where your leadership can look you in the eye and tell you what they envision for the future. Go somewhere where you won't wake up every day feeling like groundhog's day. Because if you don't, I can promise you you'll be the next person to write a review like this.

Pros

The people who work there are a blast. Lovely professionals who are warm and care. God bless them.

Cons

Literally EVERYTHING else. Dirty business practices, pompous C-Suite with inflated egos (hello, you manage Loretto - take a seat). At least they got rid of Dr. Sonia Mehta as CEO (+). Oh and, the maintenance team should make sure they clean up the blood in the parking lot from gunshot victims before employees start arriving at work - not a good look, doesn't make you feel safe coming to work.
