Low pay , heavy workload , this is not assisted living it’s turned into a full blown nursing home . All they care about is money They don’t care about the employees who aren’t in administration. For Christmas we got a potluck where we had to supply the food while management got a big party outside the office , dressed up . We get no incentives or bonuses it’s pathetic . This is why so many people call out we are constantly short staffed . Management just sits in their office all day and do nothing they don’t even check behind staff to make sure things are done .
