Pros
Even though there was no opening at the time i sent in my resume, the director gave me the opportunity to show my motivations to work for Lorina. Finally, i got hired 6 months later, once there was an opening in the department I was interested in. The company is small with only 12 people working full time, but the atmosphere is nice and the team is pretty young.
Lorina is a small company, therefore, I needed to show that I have several hats which is very rewarding as i learn a lot everyday.
Cons
Relationship with the headquarters oversees as we are not considered as a branch but as a client.
Since its a small company, evolution possibilities are limited
