Pros
- The team is generally composed of talented and hardworking individuals.
- Exposure to interesting projects and technologies.
Cons
- The salary offered is not competitive, especially considering the demands of the job and the industry standards. This lack of adequate compensation makes it difficult to justify the workload.
- There is very little support provided to new joiners. The onboarding process is minimal and largely consists of being handed documentation without much guidance. This can be particularly challenging when faced with unfamiliar tasks or new responsibilities.
- Leadership seems more focused on assigning tasks than on leading and supporting their teams. Effective leadership, especially for newcomers, requires not just delegation but also mentorship and guidance, which was noticeably lacking.
