-Toxic workplace -Poor payroll management (ie. having -15-20 hours cut without notice (to ALL CA’s even if you were hired and signed to work full-time, they will bump you to part-time) this happened on multiple occasions over my 2 years) -Employee dishonesty brushed under the rug (if employee speaks Chinese) -Promotions and growth are based on loyalty/gossip instead of skill/merit -meal and break periods are continuously disrupted -continuously increasing sales goals without product or team support to achieve them -Director has no people skills or leadership qualities and gives managers free shoes to keep them loyal -employees being made fun of by peers and management is a daily occurrence -lower salary and commission structure than most competitors
