Pros
Great and happy work environment. Everyone is easy to work with and willing to help. Great management that push employees to work hard and be motivated. Fun work environment that is relaxed and not too high stress. I enjoy being here because I want to work hard and benefit the company. Low VA Rates has done a few great service acts - contributed money to a veteran who's home burned down and donated clothing to church missionaries in need.
Cons
Training resources are hard to come by sometimes. Sometimes thrown into a new position or duty without much training. Things are constantly changing - if that's something you have a hard time with.
