Corporate Schedule, compensation and benefits package was good, merchandising freedom, ability to make business decisions. Good bonus structure. Ability to hire and truly manage your people.
Cons
Availability to supervisor and corporate, never off from your personal phone or ipad. Work hours 65 - 70 hours per week. Can be very political. Discriminatory practices depending on your DM and HR manager.
