Pros

Lowe's used to be a good company with decent leadership that wanted to provide good customer service and help people be excited about where they live. The culture was not amazing but it was certainly not bad.

Cons

Over the years the most recent executive leadership team has consistently started showing that they are in the business of making money and false promises to employees. They do not value employees, do not care about retaining good talent or doing the "right" thing when it comes to morals and values. It's sad to have watched it go from a positive place to work where people genuinely liked each other and liked being at work to a place where most are unhappy and/or fear for their jobs.

Pros

Remote, great starting pay for entry level remote. Team environment was the best part of the experience.

Cons

Very limited to no advancement opportunities with pay increases that don't even match cost of living increases. No HR support and the culture reflects that... not a company that has any flexibility in the way employees are handled when they make a mistake it stacks and is not removes for a year. If you have three mistakes even if they are in totally different areas they will terminate even tenured employees with otherwise perfect records. Not a way to keep good employees.
