Everyone you work with is like a family Is a good laugh with customers Good notice of what days you are working Each department has quite times of the year so a easy few months but a few hard months too

Some customers can give you abuse and management don't do anything Management is shady . Some people who arnt managers run everything People can turn on you quickly Blame game a lot of the time No training . You are thrown in Way to many staff . A lot don't do anything and it's pulling the whole company down No progression unless you are in with certain people

An original family business That care about the individuals that work for them. I have worked for the company for nearly two years. They recognised my past experience and skill set and have trusted me to assist with moving the company forward. I have applied for two promotions in my time here and have been successful on both occasions. They care They are flexible to employee needs. They have done nothing but support me and my development in my time here.
