Outdated and odd management policies - Transportation Lower Rio Grande Valley Development Council Employee Review

I wouldn't take a job with this organization if I needed to stay in the same place for over a year, and certainly if I was looking for an organization that promotes from within. The turn over rate is pretty high and the remaining staff seem to be ones with local degrees, bachelors degree or lower. Trying to do your job well doesn't seem to be rewarded or even exploited. Instead it seems as though people with submissive qualities tend to thrive.
