Pros
Bad products, obsolete strategy and most importantly: they pay 40% less than any other company that size and no benefits, so unless you are currently in dire straits, avoid them at all cost.
Cons
The management is polite and respectful, leaves a lot of room for initiative. Given the type of salary they pay, I guess it's the least they can do.
