You become close to employees on a family level. Being the only girl sometimes costumers come back. Having great flexible hours. Knowing the value of the product. Having goals to push our self.

Constantly busy. No lunch breaks. Low pay scale and rude costumers.

The work is rewarding. You are able to help customers, and prolong the life & functionality of their vehicles. Many Lube Stop employees are some of the nicest, most genuine people I have ever interacted with.

The pay rate is inadequate, especially if you work at one of Lube Stop's busier locations. Would you believe that the people taking care of your vehicle make the same or less than the people making your fast food burgers & fries? You will ruin your personally purchased clothing(shoes/boots, socks, undershirts), which adds to living expenses that are already unattainable at such low pay rates.
