      Decent pay and great when you achieve monthy bonus Great environment, beautiful stores Great District Managers Cool people to work with and a loyal customer base

      Heavy workload Systems are flawed (operationally). Need better planning and organization. Need more diversity in corporate and upper management.

      Employee Discount on boots and clothing.

      Cons

      Toxic work environment! Corporate condones the blatant discriminatory actions taken by store managers that lack basic supervisory skills. Managers hiring friends, no advancement for current employees.
