While we do expect high levels of communication, we also understand that off-hours might occasionally be required to meet deadlines or address urgent matters. However, we respect the importance of work-life balance and believe that individuals should have the flexibility to reconnect the following day when needed, rather than demanding instant feedback at all hours and that is how we operate across the board.
