The company puts a lot of effort into looking flashy and impressive, but I believe that very few of their initiatives are actually done for the people who work there. The initiatives seem to be mainly designed to make the company look good and attract more business. The company is very number-driven and there is a lot of emphasis put on meeting and exceeding productivity targets. This often translates into overtime and stress. The company structure is hierarchical, and my experience is that upper management rarely listens or acts on recurring issues such as under resourcing and low morale. I personally find this a difficult and stressful place to work, which has led to significant emotional anxiety on my part.
