Not as good as they claim to be - Finance Lucid Group Employee Review

Pros

Some nice people across the business. What the organisation delivers is good for society.

Cons

Managers either micro manage or completely abandon you they need training. Favouritism and abuse of power is rife. The phrase " We are on a journey and this will get better" becomes uninspiring after many months of excessive working hours. Will realise your value and worth when you hand your notice in,

Thank you for your review, it is lovely to hear you connected with your colleagues and our vision. You refer to the journey Lucid is on which is correct, we have identified a number of focus areas for improvement in regard to training, development and resourcing however change does take time, we want to make sure we make the right change and that the changes we make are embedded across our growing organisation. With a new Head of Talent and Learning joining us shortly manager capability will be on our 2023 development roadmap and we will continue to support them through this growth journey.
