High service standards. Good check sizes for tips.

Some may find the company standards a little snooty, but I think it makes the job easier.

I couldn't tell you a single one. One of the worst restaurants I've ever been inside, hands down. This is where you go to throw away your dreams as a chef.

Low standards, they will hire absolutely anyone because turnover is so bad. You will be working with/ managing the very bottom of the barrel as far as kitchen staffs go. It's a disgusting kitchen with subpar standards and subpar food.
