Cons
It’s important to note that the company actively encourages employees, through various channels, to post positive reviews on sites like Glassdoor and Indeed. As such, the overall rating should be viewed with some skepticism.
The nature of the work varies, but more concerning is the lack of consistency and clarity in direction. Priorities often shift unpredictably—sometimes from month to month, other times week to week. Even more frustrating is that the work itself is frequently unclear while you're expected to be executing it.
I reported to several different managers at once, each offering conflicting guidance. Despite the fact that they all claimed to be in multiple meetings daily, they somehow remained misaligned. It wasn’t uncommon for completed work to go unreviewed, only to see a nearly identical task reassigned to someone else shortly afterward.
While the company is structured around Agile methodologies and uses tools like Jira, there's a strong focus on procedural adherence without providing meaningful guidance on the actual work. Emails and messages often went unanswered, and meetings were frequently missed. On the rare occasion that I received a clear directive from leadership, a conflicting opinion from another leader would usually follow soon after.
The only consistent theme in leadership communication was visible stress. If you do decide to work here, be especially cautious when receiving vague or ambiguous statements from senior leaders. In my experience, assuming the worst-case interpretation often proved to be the safest approach.
