Pros
Professional, friendly environment, a well-regarded airline though the impact of the KAM role has been diminished in the last few years from a commercial perspective.
Cons
Lack of flexibility in strategic decisions, disregarding local market impacts in favour of a high-level analysis. A lack of empowerment. Senior management positions increasingly filled by those from 'home' Lufthansa countries: Germany, Switzerland, etc. Little opportunity for progression unless willing to relocate.
