- Lufthansa is a big brand name company - You can acquire a lot of aviation, IT and commercial knowledge and work for various sister companies throughout your carrier - Very structured - International client base -People stay with the company for a long time

You need to start out at HQ in Germany to really get an opportunity to advance in the company; although German language skills are not mandatory when you work in one of the offices abroad, it will still help tremendously if you do have them.
