The opportunity to make sure we take care of our soldiers and their families.

Cons

Management is awful. From the right hand of the owners to HR. Very unprofessional and they don't treat people well there. It's all about numbers and $$$ for them.

-Decent Pay -Work in the military base (Fort Bliss) -Sporadic Downtime

Cons

-Maternity leave was deducted from my pay check when my Mat Leave ended. -Military & Civilian employees constant conflict. -Poor work culture
